Maria Anna Angelika Kauffmann (1741 – 1807) was a Swiss Neoclassical painter who had a successful career in London and Rome. Kauffmann, who is remembered primarily as a history painter, was an experienced painter of portraits, landscapes and decorations. Along with Mary Moser, she was one of the two founding members of the Royal Academy in London in 1768. For a high quality reproduction we use Art paper in bright white with a matt surface.
