Art Movements: Expressionism
Alexej Georgewitsch von Jawlensky (1864 - 1941) was a Russian expressionist painter active in Germany. His work was lush and colorful in this period, but later turned to abstraction and a simplified, formulaic style. He created his most famous series, the Mystical Heads and the Faces of the Redeemer, between 1917 and 1920. For a high quality reproduction we use Art paper in bright white with a matt surface. The art print is adjusted to the frame size. Frame with passe-partout.
