Artist: Paul Ernst Klee
Art Movements: Expressionism
Paul Ernst Klee (1879 - 1940) He was a watercolourist, painter and etcher of fantastic works. Some of the forms he has worked on throughout his career are Expressionism, Cubism and Surrealism. Almost half of Klee's approximately 10,000 works were created during his ten years of teaching at the Bauhaus. From 1931 to December 1933 Klee taught at the Academy of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf. Personal hardship and the increasing seriousness of the political situation in Europe are reflected in the somber tone of his late work. He died in 1940. For a high quality reproduction we use Art paper in bright white with a matt surface. The art print is adjusted to the frame size. Frame with passe-partout.
