Henri Marie Raymond de Toulouse-Lautrec-Monfa or simply Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (November 24, 1864 – September 9, 1901) was a French painter, printmaker, draftsman and illustrator. Along with Cézanne, Van Gogh and Gauguin, Toulouse-Lautrec is one of the best-known painters of post-impressionism. In 2005, a new record was set at Christie's auction house with an early painting of a young laundress that sold for $22.4 million.
